MEET THE TEAM



Steve Downes    heads our Sales Department and has some twenty experience in Estate Agency in and around the Harrow Weald and Harrow area. His knowledge is so extensive he is known as Mr Harrow Weald, put him to the test. If you are reading this you are probably one of his "old clients". As he says, "I base my reputation on repeat business".

Grace Hinton    has been managing the Lettings Department since January 2010 having been an integral cog in the Department since 2008. Her bubbly character endears her to both Landlords and Tenants alike. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She has lived in Harrow Weald all of her life and knows the area like the "back of her hand".

Steve Foyle  of Thameside Associates  is the Mortgage Man, and if he cannot place your mortgage then probably no one can. If you need financial help just call Steve. He is part of a dying breed so call him (0208 427 9292). Steve has been part of the Team for some 14 years and is "part of the furniture", and will see you inside or out of office hours.
Steve does not normally charge a fee although depending on your circumstances a fee of up to 1.5% of the mortgage amount may be charged.
 Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

Jayne Brazendale    has only been with the Company since January and is already an inegral part of the Lettings Team helping grace run the Lettings Department. Her background in Financial Services and Lettings dovetails perfectly with Grace's enthusiasm. However, she does not suffer fools lightly, so beware; just offer her a cup of tea and you will "get on".

Joy Nichols    is not always seen but is always present. Joy aids the Lettings Department by way of administration and book-keeping. If your rent is late Joy will be in touch. The smooth running of the Department is looked after by Joy enabling the girls, known as the Supremes, to offer an unrivalled Lettings and Management service. If there are flowers in the office Joy has been in!


Mark Hinton    is the oldest member of the crew having so much experience he has forgotten most of it. He has been in Estate Agency for well over thirty years and should know what he's talking about. Mark sits at the back of the office and helps Steve and the team on sales, and generally tries to control all matters involving the Company.
